How much will it cost me to transfer a car in Pennsylvania? I'm bargaining with a potential buyer over the price of my car and I want to make sure the price covers my title transfer fees.

. But you won’t need to worry about the fee if you’re selling—the buyer is responsible for paying the title fee.
