How much does C5 Corvette single turbo kit cost?

I’m trying to get my car started for my morning commute but my car has trouble starting in freezing temperatures as it’s an older vehicle. Starter fluid usually does the trick, but I’ve run out. I’ve heard that you can use brake cleaner as a starter fluid substitute—is this true?

I noticed some water stains in the headliner of my car, but I'm not sure how they got there. I haven't noticed any leakage so far, so I think I'm probably okay—but is there a way for me to remove these stains?

Should I report the damage to the school? My car was damaged at school while parked in my parking space. The side mirror is broken and the side of my car is all scratched up.
