I just heard about the Honda NSX, and now I guess it’s been discontinued? How many Honda NSXs were made?

It appears fewer than 3,000 Honda NSXs in all were sold worldwide.
Sold as the
Acura
 NSX in North America for its second generation, the
Honda
 NSX was an all-wheel drive hybrid sports car produced between 2016 and 2022. It was a revival of the original Honda NSXs made in Japan from 1990 until 2005.
The second generation of Honda NSXs had some serious power potential behind them—as much as 573 horsepower and 476 pound-feet of torque. The Type S, only offered during the final 2022 model year, boosted that to 610 horsepower. If you ended up with one, you’d want a

 policy that’s just as powerful!
Thanks to its hybrid setup, the most recent NSX had an EPA-estimated fuel economy of about 21 city mpg—which is miles better than some performance-oriented sports cars that are lucky to escape the single digits.
From its 2017 debut to the final 2022 model year, its original starting prices ranged from about $156,000 to $171,000.
Like most vehicles, the Honda NSX ultimately met its end due to slowing sales.
