How many crankshafts are in a V8 engine?

I just started having to haul a trailer for my job and am looking to buy a truck that has decent towing capabilities. I know crankshafts are a vital component in the amount of torque a vehicle gets and I hear that a lot of trucks that can haul trailers have a V8 engine. How many crankshafts does a typical V8 engine have?

You’ll definitely need a good amount of torque for
your truck
if you’ll be hauling a trailer every day!
A V8 engine can provide you with
enough torque
to haul a trailer—and the overwhelming majority of V8 engines only have one crankshaft! It is likely that whichever V8 truck you have your eye on will be able to handle your towing needs and can do it with just the one crankshaft.
If you’re traveling with a trailer every day, though, you may want to look into trailer insurance! To answer all your insurance questions and concerns, look to
