The Buick Blackhawk is a one of a kind vehicle and only one was made.
Buick
built the Blackhawk to celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2003.
The Blackhawk is a retro concept two-door convertible: the grille is inspired by the 1939 Y-Job, while the main body is based on the 1948 Roadster and the interior components from the 1990s Riviera.
Powered by a 1970 455-in³ (7.5-L) Buick GS Stage III V8 engine that produces 463 horsepower at 4600 rpm and 510 pounds of torque, the Blackhawk hits 60 mph in just five seconds. Paired with the four-speed automatic transmission, the Blackhawk is more than just a show car.
After being featured in Bad Boys II and driven by actor Will Smith, the Buick Blackhawk sold for $522,500 in 2009. Most recently the Blackhawk crossed the auction block at Mecum Auctions in Florida in January of 2022 and is unfortunately unavailable for purchase.
