How long do you have to wait to book your next driving test after failing?

I took the Montana driving test for the first time last week and I failed. How long do I have to wait before I can take the test again? I want to get my license as soon as I can and I’m really bummed I didn’t get it the first time around.

We’re so sorry to hear that you failed your driving test. In
Montana
, you’ll be able to book a new driving test the day after failing your first one. In other states, you would have to wait as long as six weeks before taking another exam.
However, it might be a good idea to get some more practice in before you take the test again. Montana only allows you to take the driving test three times before you have to start the licensing process over again, so it’s best to perfect your skills before you head in for round two!
While you’re learning more about your options for the driving test, why not learn about your insurance options too? The
