How do you program a Lincoln garage door opener?
I recently bought a used Lincoln and the owner mentioned that you can program your garage door opener into it. This sounds great and would definitely save me time, but I’m not sure how to do it. Do you know how to program a Lincoln garage door opener?

garage door opener is an easy process. Follow these steps to program your garage door opener:
- First, turn your car on. Then, locate the HomeLink button on your driver’s seat overhead visor. The button will have a simple picture of a house above it.
- Then, hold your garage door remote button and the HomeLink button simultaneously. You’ll see the indicator light begin to blink. Release both buttons when the indicator light transitions from slow blinking to fast blinking.
- Then, press and hold the HomeLink button for 5 more seconds, and then release it.
- Your garage door should open now! If it doesn’t, repeat the 5 second hold until the indicator light remains lit and your garage door opens.
