For 2013 or newer Lincoln vehicles fresh from the dealership, you’ll receive 24/7 emergency roadside assistance for the entirety of your ownership experience—meaning you don’t need to worry about losing access when your warranty expires.
If you buy a used 2013 or newer Lincoln, you will have access to roadside assistance services as long as the vehicle is still within 6 years or 70,000 miles of the original warranty start date.
With Lincoln Roadside Assistance, you will be able to request several services, including:
- Battery jumpstarts
- Flat tire changes (using vehicle spare)
- Towing to the nearest Lincoln dealer (free under 100 miles)
- Lock-out assistance
- A winch-out back onto the road (if 100 feet from paved road)
- Fuel delivery (up to two gallons; two times within 12 months)
Unfortunately, if you own a 2012 or older model Lincoln, you no longer qualify for roadside assistance and will have to go through another company’s program.
