! Connecting Spotify to your Model 3 is easy after the major software update to include the app. Here’s how to get Spotify in your Tesla Model 3:
Select the music icon at the bottom of your touchscreen
Select Spotify from the list of apps
Log in to your Spotify account
Once connected, you can begin playing music from Spotify on your Tesla
However, if you want to play Spotify on your Tesla Model 3, you must have a premium account with Spotify. If you don’t currently pay for Spotify, there are other ways to access it:
To access Spotify via Bluetooth, follow these steps:
Turn on the Tesla touchscreen
Tap the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and ensure it’s discoverable
Connect your phone’s Bluetooth to your Tesla
Open the Spotify app and choose your music
To access Spotify via a USB, you’ll need to download music from Spotify as .mp3 and transfer the .mp3 to a USB flash drive. Plug the USB into your Tesla’s USB port, and then the USB icon in the Music tab will open on the touchscreen.
