How do you expunge a driving record in Texas?

There are a few pretty serious traffic violations in my history that are raising my insurance premiums. Can I expunge my Texas driving record?

Texas driving record
. 
The good news is that the Texas Department of Public Safety won't share most minor violations with your insurance company for more than three years.
