I’ve been trying to connect my iPhone to my Chevy Malibu for a week now, and I can’t seem to figure it out. It shouldn’t be this hard! How do you connect your device to a Chevrolet using Bluetooth?

vehicle via
Bluetooth, turn your vehicle on, keep it in Park, and follow these steps:- On your vehicle’s infotainment screen tap the phone icon
- Look for an option that says Add Phone, Connect Phone, Pair Device, or simply +
- Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone and search for your Chevrolet vehicle in the list of connection options
- Confirm that the code on your Chevy’s touchscreen matches the code on your iPhone
- Tap Pair on your vehicle’s touchscreen and accept pairing on your iPhone if prompted
- After successful pairing, your phone will appear as an available option for phone calls
We’d have hoped by now that the future wouldn’t require so many tedious steps to get connected, but it’s a heck of a lot better than things used to be in Chevy vehicles.
