How do you connect Bluetooth to a 2011 Dodge Durango?
I just bought a used 2011 Dodge Durango, but seem to be having trouble figuring out how to get my phone to connect. How do you connect to Bluetooth on a 2011 Dodge Durango?

Don’t worry! Car technology can be a little overwhelming when you get a new vehicle. The 2011 Dodge Durango is equipped with UConnect Phone, a voice-activated communications tool that can be accessed by pushing the Phone button located on your steering wheel or center console.
Here’s how to use it to enable Bluetooth:
- Push the Phone button and wait for a beep.
- Say “UConnect setup” and wait for a beep.
- Say “phone pairing” and wait for a beep.
- Say “pair a phone”.
- Follow the prompts to choose a four-digit PIN and pick a name for your phone.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone, then find your phone in the list and select it.
- Enter your PIN.
At this point, the phone should automatically pair with your car and allow you to make and receive hands-free phone calls while driving! You can also play music from your phone’s music streaming apps through your vehicle’s speakers—but keep in mind that because the 2011 Dodge Durango is equipped with older technology, you’ll still have to control your apps using your smartphone. To prevent dangerous distracted driving, always choose your playlist before you hit the road!
