How do you charge a Fiat 500e?

I’m thinking of buying a 2019 Fiat 500e electric car, but I can’t wrap my head around how to actually power the thing up. How do you charge a Fiat 500e?

Charging a
Fiat 500e
is very simple—you can do so at home with a Level 1 charger or use a Level 2 charger either at home or at a charging station at work. You cannot charge a Fiat 500e at a Level 3 public charging station, the fastest type of charge.
If you’re using a Level 1 charger, you can charge your Fiat 500e at home—just plug it into a standard 120v 3-pin plug outlet, plug the other end into the power port on your Fiat, and then wait. It will take your Fiat about 19 hours to become fully charged from a low battery.
You can use a Level 2 charger at home, or at work if there is a public charger, to power up your Fiat 500e. Just plug your Level 2 charger into the charging port, and into your EV, and the charging lights on your vehicle should light up green. Charging your Fiat with a Level 2 charger will take between 2 and 5 hours.
The 2019 Fiat 500e was a one-year wonder, sold just that year in
California
and Oregon only. The 500e offers eye-catching style, zippy handling, and fun driving chops and offers a range of 84 miles on a single charge. A great commuter car, but not cut out for long road trips.
