How do you cancel a Honda Care extended warranty?
I was buying a new car a few weeks ago and accidentally bought an extended warranty. I think I just got confused with all the paperwork and negotiating. Anyways, what’s the best way to cancel a Honda Care extended warranty?

- Step 1: Get in touch with the dealership that sold you the Honda Care policy.
- Step 2: Tell the agent that you’d like to cancel the extended warranty.
- Step 3: Provide the agent with any relevant information they may need.
While you can cancel the warranty at any time, you’ll only get a refund if you meet the following conditions:
- Your cancellation is within 60 days of your original purchase.
- You haven’t used any of the extended warranty services.
So long as you follow the above steps and meet those two conditions, you shouldn’t have any problems canceling your extended warranty.
Keep in mind: You’ll likely need to pay for mechanical repairs out of pocket if you don’t have a warranty.
