Is the trunk latch covered under the warranty from Kia?
Does the standard Kia warranty cover my trunk latch? I need to get it repaired, but I don’t want to go to the dealership unless my warranty will cover the repairs.

The trunk latch of your Kia won’t be covered under warranty unless it broke due to manufacturer error. If you broke your trunk latch on your own, repairs won’t be covered under the warranty.
It’s worth mentioning that Kia had a huge trunk latch recall in 2021. The company recalled over 600,000 vehicles due to issues with their trunks sticking shut.
