How do I report auto insurance fraud in California?

I saw someone posted on social media about having a fake car insurance card. They live in my area and I'm wondering how I can report them. I know this is super illegal, so I don't really think it's fair that they're getting away with it.

Carrying a
fake car insurance ID card
is considered fraud in any state, including
California
.
If you would like to report this to the state, you can do so through a Consumer Insurance Fraud Reporting Form or by calling the Consumer Fraud Hotline at 1-800-927- 4357.
All reported complaints are sent to the Fraud Division of California’s Department of Insurance. Provide as much detail as possible when submitting your claim, including pictures or proof of the fake ID card, if possible.
If you know the person well enough, consider speaking with them before reporting them to the Department of Insurance. If they need help finding insurance, suggest they request insurance quotes online or use the
Jerry
app.
This app can collect quotes from up to 50 top insurance companies in seconds without the hassle shopping for insurance in the traditional sense.
