How can I get rental car liability insurance for an eight-week road trip?
How much is liability insurance for a rental car? I don’t have a car or personal auto insurance, but I’m going on a road trip soon so I will need to rent a car. The only insurance I have is collision coverage on my credit card.

You can purchase rental car liability coverage directly from the rental car company. However, note that this type of insurance will not cover you, your passengers, or the rental car.
