Does the Subaru Ascent have a full-size spare tire?
Is the spare tire in the Subaru Ascent a full-size tire? If not, I want to purchase another one that will work better in a pinch, since I’ve heard that full-sized spares are safer.

The
Subaru Ascent
does have a spare tire but it isn’t full-size. This is probably because it would be difficult to store a full-sized tire in your Ascent since the spare is located under the floor lining in the trunk.While a smaller spare tire won’t last you forever, though, it’s definitely still safe for driving your car to the shop. You won’t want to use a small spare long-term, but it’s made to get you safely to someone who will change your tire. It’s not meant to replace your old tire.
