You can easily measure your own bolt pattern with a measuring tape or a ruler. Grab your measuring device and head out to your car.
Pick a wheel, and then select any lug hole on that wheel. You’ll start by placing one end of your ruler at the center of this lug hole.
Now, your wheel has five lug holes so there is no hole directly opposite across the hub from the hole you picked. Instead, bring your ruler across the hub to the imaginary spot where a hole would be, then pick one of the lug holes on either side. Place the other end of the ruler at the outer edge of that lug hole.
The measurement between these two spots should be 4.5 inches, which, in combination with the number of bolts per tire (5), gives you the Nissan Altima bolt pattern of 5x4.5.
