Does the 2019 Ford EcoSport have a spare tire?
My rear right tire was almost completely flat this morning. I was going to throw a spare on, but I must be losing my mind because I can’t find the spare anywhere. Does a 2019 EcoSport come with a spare tire?

You’re not crazy! The 2019 Ford EcoSport does not have a spare tire, nor does any other model year of the EcoSport. Due to the petite size of the EcoSport, Ford decided not to include a spare tire. Some variants of the EcoSport have a spare tire mounted on the exterior of the rear door, but you probably wouldn’t have missed that if it was there.
However, Ford at least gives you a way to get to the tire shop without a tow. Under the floorboard in the rear cargo area, you should find a compressor and a tire sealant. Use your manual to repair the tire, then get it replaced as soon as possible.
