Does reckless driving violate probation?
I’m currently on probation for a few mistakes I made when I was younger. With that said, I was charged with reckless driving the other day for running a stoplight. I thought I was merely distracted, but the officer thought otherwise. Will this reckless charge violate my probation?

Probation is better than jail time, so at least you have a silver lining. Whether or not reckless driving violates probation depends on where you live and the language in your probation agreement.
