Does Honda’s extended warranty cover tires?
I’m thinking about getting a vehicle from Honda, and I still have some time to decide which warranty I want to get. Does the Honda extended warranty cover tires?

The Honda extended warranty, also known as Honda Care Vehicle Service Contract, does not cover tires.
If you are looking for tire protection, you can get additional Honda Care Sentinel service. If one of your tires has a repairable tire leak caused by road debris, you will be reimbursed $35 per tire. There is a maximum of one repair per tire for the full term of the contract.
Aside from tire repairs, the Honda Care Sentinel service also includes:
- Routine oil changes and tire rotation
- Key fob replacement: If your keyfob is lost, stolen, or damaged, Honda Care will reimburse you up to $400
- Roadside assistance: 24-hour roadside assistance, towing services, tire change, fuel delivery, and more.
- Trip-interruption benefit: If your Honda requires a covered repair during a trip, you will get reimbursed up to $100 a day, up to three days, for meals and lodging.
- Concierge services: Provides services to help you, such as emergency cash advance, shipment of personal replacement items, insurance-claim assistance, and auto glass replacement referral.
