Why is my Chevy Cruze Bluetooth not working?
I’ve got a 2017 Cruze, and I really like the car. However, lately, I haven’t been able to use Bluetooth to make calls or listen to music. Why is my Chevy Cruze Bluetooth not working?

That must be frustrating! If everything was previously functioning, it’s no wonder you want to know why your Chevy Cruze Bluetooth is not working.
Here are a few possible explanations:
- The connection has been lost. Sometimes, you just need to pair your smartphone with your car again. Resetting it will reconnect Bluetooth.
- There’s a problem with your phone software. You might need to download an update for your smartphone. If it doesn’t work after the update, delete your phone’s pairing and pair it again.
- Chevy MyLink needs to be reset. Hold down the “Home” and “Fast Forward” buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to reboot the system.
If you still can’t get Bluetooth to work on your Cruze, take it to a Chevy dealership where they can diagnose and hopefully fix the problem.
