Can you take both the written and driving test on the same day?

My schedule is tight, so I always like to be as efficient as possible. I’m 25, but I’ve never had a driver’s license before and want one. Is taking the written and driving tests on the same day possible?

While it’s possible that you could take the written and driving tests on the same day, it depends on your state laws and the appointment availability at the DMV. In some states, you will need to have a
learner’s permit
for a minimum amount of time before you can take the driving test.
You can check with the DMV or look online to see what restrictions might be in place to schedule both tests. There is no guarantee that you can take the written and driving tests on the same day, so plan accordingly.
