In 2006, Acura released the fourth generation Integra, which became the vehicle's final release. Interestingly, in the U.S., this model was not even given the Integra name and was instead called the Acura RSX.

Since the release of the RSX, the Integra name has not been used for an Acura vehicle for more than 15 years. In addition to not making an Integra, Acura has also not made any model of two-door sports car during this time.
