2. State Farm 4.11/5
Founded way back in 1922, State Farm is now the largest car insurance provider in the country. It seems this experience is paying off, as customers praised State Farm for providing value for money and a simple claims process.
Some survey respondents felt that State Farm should provide more updates regarding the status of claims, but most were planning to renew their policies, which is a good indicator of customer satisfaction.

, who also scored well on customer service and ease of filing a claim. Some policyholders felt rates should be lower, but most would still recommend GEICO and are planning on staying with them when it’s time to renew.Honorable mentions
