The Tesla Model Y is available in two trims, each with its own dual-motor all-electric powertrain. The Standard Range was removed from the lineup for the 2022 Model year, making the Long Range the entry-level trim. The Model Y Long Range’s motors combine to develop 346 horsepower and 388 lb-ft of torque.
As the name suggests, the Performance trim is geared more toward high thrills and engine action, so its larger dual motors are capable of churning out 450 horses with 471 lb-ft of torque.
