The release of the 2019
Jaguar I-PACE
was a real milestone for the luxury brand, marking the first all-electric car to be added to its fleet. The starting MRSP for a 2022 Jaguar I-PACE is $69,900, but you could save big by shopping around for a
used model
.

Not all model years are created equal, however, so does the 2019 I-PACE measure up when compared to other used cars in its segment?
At its time of release, the 2019 I-PACE earned itself a spot on
Car and Driver’s
2019 Editor’s Choice Awards and set an excellent benchmark for not only Jaguar itself but the luxury EV segment overall.
Still, the I-PACE does fall short in some areas, such as range, when compared to competitors like Tesla.

A luxurious ride that’s fun to drive

The 2019 I-PACE stood out most for its sleek exterior, excellent handling, and overall driveability. Two electric motors—one on each axle—give this sporty crossover a combined 394 horsepower and 512 lb-ft of torque. It can go from zero to 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds.
Each I-PACE also features a 90-kWh battery pack and an EPA driving range of 234 miles. That still falls a bit short when compared to rivals like a 2019 Tesla Model X which has a range of up to 295 miles but exceeds the range of other competitors like the Audi e-Tron.
On a DC fast-charging port, the 2019 I-PACE can charge to 80% in just 40 minutes. On top of that, it’s a fun drive to boot. The I-PACE is an agile drive with great agility and sensitive steering.
The interior also offers plenty of storage, a panoramic sunroof, an infrared windshield, and a convenient touchscreen infotainment system that is packed with a suite of driver-assistance technology options.

Buying a 2019 Jaguar I-PACE HSE

If you’re worried about how a used EV will perform in terms of range, the Jaguar I-PACE comes standard with a great battery warranty to give you peace of mind. You’ll be covered with the basic 5-year/60,000-mile warranty as well as the battery pack’s 8-year/100,000-mile warranty.
If the battery falls below 70 percent efficiency in that time frame, Jaguar will replace it for you. If you're thinking about buying a used 2019 I-PACE, the starting price is about $45,050 according to
