Will Safeco cover towing a car if it's not listed on my policy?

"I use Safeco to insure my car that I use for Uber.

I recently bought a car at auction for cheap, but it doesn't run. Can I call Safeco to tow the car?"

“Since the car that needs towing isn’t listed on your policy, you probably can’t get a tow. However, not every technician is going to check the VIN or other details of your car.
You could attempt to use your service to tow the car, but if
Safeco
refuses, you might have to pay them for their time anyway.
As the name would imply, roadside assistance, or
towing and labor coverage
are for emergencies, not just when you need a tow.”
