“Although most lenders want at least six months’ worth of pay stubs, you might be fine if you have three months’ worth and you have a great credit score.
But the only way to know is to shop around. Most credit unions and local or regional banks will be more willing to work with you than national chains in most situations.
Just make sure that you go into the branch, as you’ll get more hands-on service in this regard and a better chance of approval if you can plead your case.”
