Will a catch can void a Toyota warranty?
I want to improve the performance of my vehicle by adding a catch can to my Toyota. However, I don’t want to risk voiding the warranty by doing so. Will my Toyota warranty be voided by a catch can?

If you want to install a catch can, doing so will probably void your Toyota warranty. A catch can is a performance modification, which are often off-limits in terms of your warranty. Unlike cosmetic additions to your vehicle, a catch can actually change the operation of your Toyota. It restricts airflow in the system and can also affect the air/gas mix in your system, which can damage the system.
If you simply can’t wait to put a catch can on your Toyota, at least make sure that the installation is done by a professional. Otherwise, you may want to wait until your warranty expires before adding this mod.
