Do you have any pending or suggested software updates on your phone? If so, try installing them and attempting the Bluetooth connection again.
Another possibility is that your battery is faulty or your cell signal is weak. These could forcibly disconnect your Bluetooth. Charge your phone or try again once you’ve got full bars.
Finally, your phone might be paired to other nearby devices. Headphones, smartwatches, tablets, or other devices can create connection issues. Unpair from other devices and see if this improves the connection.
