Why is Lamborghini not in F1?
I’m a huge fan of all kinds of car racing, but I’ve recently gotten really into Formula 1. The more I watch it, though, the more I wonder why I don’t see Lamborghini making a run at it.

- *Lamborghini has never cared about motorsports. In fact, Ferruccio Lamborghini started his company specifically to make fast, stylish, fun-to-drive street cars, unlike the Ferrari 250 GT he’d been driving.
- *They didn’t want to hurt their brand image. Lamborghini did have a short-running F1 program, but they ran it under the moniker Modena to avoid being associated with a losing team.
