Which Kia Sorento has captain seats?
I love the look and appeal of the Kia Sorento, especially since it has three rows of seats. My only issue is that I’d like captain seats in the middle row, and the one I test-drove didn’t have them. Is this only available on certain Kia Sorento vehicles?

The Kia Sorento has captain seats, but only on models made in 2019 or later and only on the EX trim or higher. This means that the *LX, S, and X-Line S trims do not come with captain seats.
Look for the following Kia Sorento trims to get captain seats as an available option:
- EX
- X-Line EX AWD
- SX
- SX Prestige
- X-Line SX Prestige AWD
Keep in mind that adding captain seats will reduce the total passenger capacity from seven to six, but it will also provide more comfort, legroom, and shoulder room to rear passengers.
