Where is the 2015 Hyundai Sonata’s OBD port location? I bought a scanner not even thinking that I’d have to figure out where it plugs in!

OBD scanners can be a great way to save on car repairs in the long run! You should be able to find a 2015
Hyundai Sonata’s
OBD port location on the lower portion of your dashboard, to the left of your steering wheel—right behind the panel where you access your fuse box.
The panel should say “FUSE OBD” right on it, making it easier to spot.
This is one of the more common places to find an OBD port in a vehicle. On some vehicles, you can also find them on the driver’s side of the center console.
Your on-board diagnostic (OBD) scanner will plug into the OBD port, run a diagnostic scan, and display codes for detected errors. If the error code can be traced back to something you can fix yourself, you just saved yourself a trip to the mechanic—and the expense that comes with it! On the other hand, it can also help you get to the bottom of more serious issues that need a mechanic’s attention, helping you take care of repairs early on before they worsen.
While looking after your 2015
Hyundai
Sonata’s maintenance and
repair needs
, remember to give its
car insurance
policy the occasional once-over, too, to ensure it stays adequately protected.
