I am ready to retire and I want to head to one of my favorite places in the country—the slopes of Colorado! What are the best neighborhoods in Boulder, CO?

  • Wonderland Hills
  • Table Mesa
  • North Boulder
  • Chautauqua
  • East Chautauqua
North Boulder has become a coveted location for artistic types, but Mapleton Hill and Wonderland Hills are where you can find gorgeous Victorian and turn-of-the-century architecture surrounded by the area’s natural beauty. Mapleton Hill is great if you want proximity to downtown Boulder, and Wonderland Hills is great for the opposite—it’s far removed from urban bustle and has great access to the many trails around Wonderland Lake.
