When does my Kia warranty expire?

I bought a Kia about a year ago, but I have no idea where I put all the paperwork when I moved. I want to make sure that my car is still under warranty, but I’m at a loss about how to check it. When does the warranty expire on my Kia?

All new Kia vehicles come with the same warranty, so as long as your car isn’t more than 10 years old or has more than 100,000 miles, your car should still have some sort of coverage. That said, a Kia basic warranty expires after 5 years or 60,000 miles—whichever comes first—and the Kia powertrain warranty expires after 10 years or 100,000 miles.
If you want verification of when your warranty expires, make a call to a local dealership and give them your vehicle identification number (VIN). They should be able to give you a timeline as to when your warranty is finally kaput.
Having a quality warranty always provides some added peace of mind, but without some extra cash for car repairs, you may feel overwhelmed or stressed out. Luckily, there’s an easy solution. If you want to cut your
