When did ABS become standard on all cars?

I know that modern cars all use an ABS, but is that true for older vehicles or classic cars, too? When did ABS become standard?

The anti-lock braking system (ABS) didn’t become standard across all vehicles until 2004, when it became legally required for all car manufacturers.
But the anti-lock braking system itself has actually been around for significantly longer: almost a century longer! ABS was first introduced in aircrafts in the 1920s, then later adapted to prevent skidding on motorcycles in the 1950s. By the late 1960s,
Ford
had adapted ABS technology to make it compatible with its infamous Zodiac.
Cadillac
picked ABS technology up in the ‘70s, and over the years it was refined to become both more affordable and more easily integrated across vehicle makes and models.
