, is quintessential New England living at its finest. While the city only has 25,000 residents, it still has a few neighborhoods that provide numerous opportunities to find your niche. Here are some of the best places to live in Newport:- North Newport: Built in 2006 to revitalize a blighted part of the city, North Newport is the city’s newest neighborhood. Housing here is more affordable comparatively and John H. Chaffee Boulevard has plenty of shopping and dining options.
- Point: Point is perhaps the most pricey neighborhood in the city due to the massive Georgian homes that dot the area. However, a higher price also gives you quick access to two nearby parks and a view of Goat Island.
- Kay-Catherine: Home to stunning Queen Anne homes, Kay-Catherine is a mid-priced neighborhood thanks to the conversion of these homes to condos and townhomes.
