What are some common problems with the Saturn Vue?
I want a reliable used SUV. I’ve been doing some research, and I think that I can get the Saturn Vue on the cheap. My only concern is that it may have some major mechanical issues. Are there any common problems with the Saturn Vue?

Even if you decide to buy one, make sure to look for these common Saturn Vue red flags and get them repaired before they become big problems:- Faulty check engine light due to sealant problems with the gas cap
- Erratic shifting due to issues with the automatic transmission
- Poorly designed valve cover gaskets, which can lead to oil leakage
- Defective ignition, which allows you to remove the key while the engine is on in models from 2002 to 2004
