Is there a warranty for paint on a Dodge Caravan?
My family continues to grow, so last month, I bought a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. It’s been great so far, but I noticed that the paint is starting to peel on the front left fender. I don’t think I did anything to cause this, so I’m wondering if Dodge will fix it for free. Does Dodge offer a paint warranty on a Caravan?

The Dodge Grand Caravan’s paint is covered by Dodge’s bumper-to-bumper warranty**. That means that paint peel resulting from a manufacturer defect or lapse in workmanship is covered for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles.
Since you have a 2020 model, you’re likely covered unless you’ve already gone over the 36,000-mile threshold. To see if Dodge will pay for the repairs, schedule an appointment at your local Dodge dealership. They’ll assess the damage to see if it’s due to a defect or if you inadvertently did something to cause the damage, in which case, it’s not covered by the warranty.
