Is the Toyota Yaris AWD?

I want to get a compact vehicle because I live in a crowded city. The Yaris seems like a good fit, but I want to make sure it’s versatile enough for me. Does the Toyota Yaris have AWD?

Toyota Yaris
is the ideal choice for city living, but unfortunately, the Yaris does not offer AWD. Most compacts of their size do not offer AWD, as it’s rarely a necessity in the compact market.
The Yaris offers plenty of other benefits, though. It comes in either a sedan or hatchback form, which provides flexibility. On top of that, it gets 36 mpg on the highway and 30 mpg in the city, which is about as good as you can get in terms of fuel economy outside of a hybrid.
