Is I-35 in Texas a toll road?

I’m planning a road trip through Texas but I’m trying to do it cheaply—a.k.a no toll roads! Interstate 35 seems like a good road option. Are there any tolls?

 is not a toll road, though some lanes are toll or HOV lanes.
Be careful when you’re on the road because some highways ending in -35 are toll roads. While I-35 is fine to use, avoid these highways to steer clear of tolls:

How come skidding on ice is considered at fault? Last winter, my car slid off the road and hit a few trees. I was ok, but my vehicle had a lot of damage to it.
