Is a cracked windshield a moving violation?

I have a cracked windshield. It doesn’t obscure my vision all that much, but I’m worried about what might happen if I get pulled over. Is having a cracked windshield a moving violation?

While you should avoid driving with a cracked windshield, having a cracked windshield is not a moving violation.
