Can I use my towing and labor coverage to have my car towed from my house to a repair shop?

Will my insurance company tow my car from my house to a repair shop if my car is making a weird sound? I drove home during a heavy rainstorm last night, I had to go through a lot of mud and muck. When I started my car this morning, it was making this loud rattling sound and shaking. It doesn't feel safe to drive.

“I am glad to hear that you made it home safe and sound!
In this case, your carrier will probably tow the car to the nearest repair shop if you have
towing and labor coverage
as a part of your insurance policy.
Most carriers will tow your vehicle from the site of disablement, which is usually the side of the road. Not every insurance carrier has the same definition of “site of disablement” and there are times when your driveway will not be applicable.
In this case, explain the situation to your carrier and advise that your car is not in a safe condition to be driven. Since you only became aware of the issue once the car started this morning, the “site of disablement” is your driveway, so there shouldn’t be an issue.”
