I need my insurance policy number in order to fill out some paperwork. Where can I find it?

Your policy number is usually eight to 10 digits, and you might have more than one. If you have multiple cars, it’s possible that you’ll also have a different number or card for each car. Most people keep their insurance cards in their glove box or in another safe place with other car-related files, so check out any areas where you usually keep important information!
If you can’t find your insurance card, check your email. Your insurance information was likely emailed out to you at the start of your policy, so you should be able to find it there too.
