I’m going to fly into Baltimore to see my beloved Orioles play a weekend series. However, I was thinking of traveling to D.C. or Philly for a few days just to explore. I’m only 21 years old, so I wasn’t sure if I could rent a car. What age do you need to be to rent a car in Maryland?
