How much does car window tinting cost?

My friend tinted his car windows and it looks amazing! With how incredible it looks, I’d like to add a tint to my own car, but I’m not sure how much it would cost. What’s the usual cost of tinting a car window?

If done correctly, tinted windows can definitely look exceptional! The cost will depend on a variety of factors, but for a standard, non-reflective tint, you can expect to pay between $50-600.
If you want a sleeker look from say either ceramic, metallic, or a specialty film, though, it’ll probably be in the neighborhood of $100 to $800.
