For those serious about speed potential, its stereo and air conditioning system was optional on the off-chance you wanted to forgo some unnecessary weight. The CR also had its distinctive wide rear wing and front lip, a removable hard top, and a stiffer suspension than the standard S2000.
The CR had the same engine as the typical S2000, capable of up to 237 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque.
