How many Ah is a car battery?

My car battery feels a little low. I’d like to test its Ah output, but I don’t really know what the standard is supposed to be. What’s a normal number of Ah for a car battery?

Generally speaking, a car battery will have an Ah rating of around 50Ah. Since most car batteries run at 12 volts, this means that your battery can push 12 volts out at a rate of 50 amperes per hour.
But if you use your car for lighting, music, or AC without turning on the engine—it’s likely your battery will die more often. If you use your car’s electrical accessories, make sure to keep your engine running.
